Quality Assurance Process Manager

About the Position

Continental is seeking a Quality Assurance Process Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring compliance and process improvements within our manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and develop direct reports
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) and document control on the shop floor comply with internal and external requirements
• Assure plant compliance to IATF 16949, legal, customer, and internal requirements
• Handle non-conforming material throughout the entire process from mixing to final finish according to internal procedures
• Ensure the structure problem-solving is fully utilized and implemented in the plant
• Participate in all CBT3 relevant meetings and activities
• Coordinate with data analysis experts for process improvement and lessons learned

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical… or related) or Quality Management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Management or tire production
• Experience as a project leader or participation in projects as a team member, internal auditor
• More than 2 years of experience managing a small group
• Good English skills and social skills
