About the Position
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to manage a team of QA engineers and ensure software quality. Join our team in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Coach team members to meet individual and team goals
- Responsible for creation, documenting, maintaining, and execution of regression tests
- Coach team on effective methods of communicating software defects
- Coach team on effective methods of executing test cases, effective strategies, and methodologies of software testing
- Accomplish test goals by holding team accountable to performance metrics
- Develop and document testing procedures, define quality metrics, test strategies, and test results
- Execute test cases, implement and execute testing methodologies
- Mentor junior and other engineers in best practices for QA, documentation of test cases, and documentation of defects
- Track defects and help troubleshoot errors
- Review test procedures and develop testing scripts
- Partner with engineers and upper management to drive QA efforts
- Manage QA team projects according to deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester and Team Lead/Supervisor
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
We Offer
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Denver, CO
- Pay: Minimum Pay For Colorado Based Roles: $83,700 per year + performance-based bonus
