  • Create non-conforming material reports when necessary and perform analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, and testing on identified non-conforming products and components.
  • Maintain all inspection equipment, ensuring it is within calibration cycles and in optimal working condition.
  • Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
  • Prepare accepted products for use by appropriately labeling and printing unique device identification labels as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous quality experience of a minimum of 2 years
  • Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
  • Knowledge in all areas of inspection, including operation and maintenance of inspection equipment
  • Experience in reading inspection processes and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Experience in using gauges and inspection equipment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ISO9000 or AS9100 Quality Systems is a plus

We Offer

  • Enjoy a 9/80 schedule – get every other Friday off
  • No weekend shifts – your time off stays yours
  • Steady work in a clean, modern facility – bright, temperature-controlled, and organized
  • Full benefits – health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, profit sharing, and more
  • Culture of Balance & Growth – We believe in creating space for life outside of work while offering constant opportunities to sharpen your skills and grow your career.
  • Impact You Can See – Our designs will fly. Literally. Work on real products for real aircraft used around the world.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
  • Competitive rewards: Benefits start the first of the month after hire, quarterly bonus tied to company profitability, 401(k) with 3% company contribution, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid holidays (including a full Christmas week shutdown), and comprehensive health/vision/dental coverage.
