Our Goals - Your Path
- Monitor the quality of finished products during production.
- Ensure proper operation of quality control equipment and conduct accurate measurements and analyses during the shift.
- Know and comply with regulatory requirements for the products and measurement/testing methods.
- Analyze product quality and take actions to improve it.
- Maintain quality control documentation and logs for analyses conducted during the shift.
- Participate in the analysis of product returns and identify causes.
- Learn new measurement and testing methods, as well as advanced testing tools.
- Ensure the necessary conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) for testing with the required accuracy, and take corrective actions in case of non-conformity.
- Follow safety, occupational health, and fire safety regulations.
- Check expired materials for suitability and provide a report on findings.
- Maintain accurate and regular electronic records of technical files (reports, images, presentations, etc.) in local systems (folders, databases such as SharePoint, AFON) in accordance with Technical Safety Department rules.
- Investigate causes of quality deterioration in products and participate in developing corrective measures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
