About the Position
Quality Control Technician
Ensure the quality of our products as you join our team as a Quality Control Technician!
Foxway is a leading provider of circular technology solutions, offering both new and refurbished devices, along with services such as Device as a Service (DaaS), asset recovery, trade-in and buyback solutions. We help businesses and public sector organizations extend the lifecycle of electronic devices, reduce costs, and achieve their ESG objectives while minimizing environmental impact. We also provide expert consultancy services and user-friendly reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections and quality checks.
- Verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conformities.
- Find solutions to remediate defects.
- Redirect non-compliant products to the department responsible for corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits.
- Monitor quality performance indicators.
- Collaborate on corrective action initiatives.
- Verify testing equipment.
- Participate in equipment calibration activities.
- Maintain quality documentation.
- Support investigations related to customer complaints.
Requirements
- Experience in QC/QA or operational environments.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Conversational English.
- Completed secondary education.
