Quality Engineer - Motorcycle Plant

About the Position

We are seeking a Quality Engineer for our Motorcycle Plant to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Join Continental, a leading technology company in sustainable and connected mobility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer, and internal requirements.
• Maintain, improve, and audit the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive continuous improvement with production teams.
• Organize audits, manage corrective actions, and report quality performance.
• Supervise calibration/verification of measuring systems and manage quality tools.
• Provide training on quality topics, problem-solving methods, and develop subordinates.
• Manage the internal quality assurance and control system.
• Promote and implement systematic problem-solving methods (PDCA, and internal quality problem analysis tools).

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Experience in Quality Management System and Quality audit.
• Knowledge of Data analysis.
• Knowledge of Quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, MSA, etc.) related to International standard Six Sigma qualification.
• Project management knowledge.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience working in an international environment.
