British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity as a Quality Improvement Intern in Madero, Monterrey

Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping product specifications updated across all platforms (PLM, Gmes, SAP, BM Database).
Monitoring the status of new brands in meetings coordinated with the NPI team.
Guiding and supporting operational performance with a focus on "zero" losses, leading meetings for the correct implementation of changes and material consumption (BOM).
Tracking SKU obsolescence along with the Master Data team.
Implementing best practices in processes that can generate ideas for reducing costs and waste.
Modifying process parameters and cigarettes that do not meet the initially defined specifications, with prior approval from the Product team.
General knowledge of production processes, manufacturing, and data analysis.
Data management, trend analysis, and process improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Studying Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering with a graduation projected for mid-2027 or later.
Not planning to go on an exchange for at least 1 year.
Availability to complete 30 hours per week, with flexible hours to be scheduled according to your academic load.
Intermediate-advanced level of English.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with special emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
General knowledge of production processes, manufacturing, and data analysis.
Data management, trend analysis, and process improvement.
Communication skills, strategic thinking, technical competence, and critical thinking.
Willingness to learn, credibility at a senior level, and commitment.
