As a Quality Management Intern, you will support packing operations through the implementation and transition of digital Quality Management systems. This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transitioning, testing, and validating quality inspection forms within the Quality Inspection Program.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital quality management systems.
• Train operational teams on system usage, KPI monitoring, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance reporting.
• Contribute to the implementation of a CAPA program for packing operations to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
• Participate in quality system documentation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance activities through digital system management, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management
• Be a South African citizen (able to produce a valid South African ID document)
• Be between the ages of 18-30
• Currently unemployed
• No criminal record
• Willingness to relocate to Randfontein
• Exceptional computer literacy (use of MS Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in skills development and relevant legislation
