About the Position

Quality Manager - leading manufacturing company

Would you like to take the lead in quality management within a global industrial company delivering high-precision components and systems to international customers? We are looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Manager (m/f/d), who will drive continuous improvement, lead a skilled team and ensure that customer expectations and company standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate the Quality team (Engineers, Technicians, Test Technicians)
  • Define and implement the site quality strategy and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Maintain and further develop management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ATEX, EMS, OHSAS)
  • Manage internal and external audits, corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate problem-solving and root-cause analysis using quality tools (8D, QRQC, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
  • Act as the main contact for customer complaints and drive actions to improve satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering and Plant Management

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical or engineering field
  • Proven experience in automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of quality tools and standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D)
  • Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop people
  • Fluent English (min. level B2); Czech or Slovak native speaker
