About the Position

The company is currently in the stage of establishing and systematizing its quality control processes. Therefore, they are looking for a Quality Engineer who will be directly involved in operational quality control and help build a basic in-process quality control (VTC) system at the production site.
This role is for a professional who is ready to work hands-on “in the field,” understands production processes, and is willing to grow into a future head of quality function.
Responsibilities
- Operational quality control of products at the production site (in-process inspection).
- Checking product compliance with technical documentation and standards.
- Participation in identifying, recording, and analyzing defects.
- Implementation of basic quality control processes and approaches.
- Maintaining simple quality control documentation.
- Collaboration with production and engineering teams to resolve non-conformities.
- Contribution to the gradual development of the company’s quality system.
Requirements
- Experience in QC / QA roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Hands-on experience in product inspection / parameter control.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO).
- Willingness to work in a small production team and support its growth.
- Would be a plus - experience in launching or improving quality processes.
