Responsibilities
- Design ad-hoc research for major clients across various sectors.
- Develop end-to-end quantitative research projects.
- Participate in client briefings, needs assessment, definition of advanced and innovative methodologies, comprehensive project management, report presentation, and client management.

- Leadership of thought: solid point of view, ability to elevate data into strategy, build a compelling story, and defend recommendations to high-level stakeholders.
- Ambition to participate in international projects and excellent English proficiency (essential for presentations and reporting).
- Ability to adapt well in changing environments and uncertain situations, managing multiple projects or tight deadlines with methodological rigor.
- Experience in team management and development (mentoring junior/middle profiles), but also able to "roll up your sleeves" to review tabulations, code, or check questionnaires.
- Curiosity, constant pursuit of data quality, and methodological innovation.
- Superior professionalism and mature presence in all aspects of work, with a consulting mindset and customer orientation.
