Responsibilities

• Independently leading civil court cases (commercial)
• Excellent knowledge of civil procedure regulations and practice (Civil Procedure Code)
• Excellent knowledge of basic civil and commercial law acts
• Experience in real estate legal practice (commercial leases, legal support for shopping center or office building operators)
• Experience in private equity fund services (transactions)
• English language proficiency - desirable

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in independently handling civil court cases (commercial)
• Excellent knowledge of civil procedure regulations and practice (Civil Procedure Code)
• Excellent knowledge of basic civil and commercial law acts
• Experience in real estate legal practice (commercial leases, legal support for shopping center or office building operators)
• Experience in private equity fund services (transactions)
• English language proficiency - desirable
