About the Position

Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Elektrotechniki is a leading state entity in Poland, specializing in cooperation with the industry, focusing on the design and improvement of produced and operated electrical products. We are currently seeking an expert Legal Advisor to join our team in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and interpreting legal opinions in the areas of civil law and labor law.
• Developing legal documents: contracts, resolutions, regulations, orders, authorizations, and mandates.
• Providing legal opinions on internal and external documents and legal acceptance of documents.
• Offering legal assistance, particularly in the form of advice and legal consultations in labor and civil law.
• Certifying copies of documents for compliance with the original.
• Monitoring legal changes related to the Institute's operations.
• Ensuring the Institute's activities comply with legal regulations.

Requirements

• Higher education, legal background.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Very good and practical knowledge of civil law and labor law.
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• High level of independence, good work organization.
• Proactive approach and initiative.
• Ease in establishing contacts, building, and maintaining relationships.

Nice to Have

• Legal Counsel Qualification.
• Experience working in a public institution.
