We are looking for an R&D Assistant to support the development and optimization of polymer materials and dipping processes that enable innovative sexual wellness products. Your role will be crucial in accelerating product innovation through high-quality laboratory execution, reliable experimental data, and a safe, efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

As an R&D Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality laboratory work under the guidance of the laboratory manager.
• Carrying out polymer synthesis experiments according to established formulations and experimental protocols.
• Executing laboratory-scale condom dipping trials in accordance with approved procedures and protocols.
• Conducting physical and performance testing of samples, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and documentation.
• Performing pre-treatment of raw materials and post-treatment of synthesized latex systems as required.
• Managing laboratory waste disposal in compliance with HSE standards and company regulations.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment, instruments, and work areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with 5S standards.
• Contributing to laboratory HSE initiatives and promoting a safe working environment through adherence to safety procedures and best practices.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Candidates with academic or professional experience in a chemistry laboratory are preferred; experience in a synthetic chemistry laboratory is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on laboratory skills, good communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
• Team-oriented, diligent, reliable, honest, and aligned with the company's values and culture.
• Law-abiding, with no criminal record or other adverse legal history.
