About the Position
R&D Control System Engineer
Modelway is a software engineering company, expert in AI Solutions, New Generation Control System and Numerical Optimization. By exploiting the data of a system, our mission is to develop and engineer software solutions in the world of engineering such as virtual sensors, prediction algorithms, digital twins, data analytics, deep learning, controls, and optimizations. Who are we looking for
Modelway is looking for a passionate and talented engineer/PhD with a background in Control System Engineering. The profile we are interested in is a flexible person with a good knowledge of Control system design and Identification to face the next generation control systems. If you have these interests, Modelway could be a challenging opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Project specifications definition and literature analysis
- Design, development, implementation, and testing of Advanced Control Architectures, Virtual Sensors, and Models
- Design and validation of Data-Driven algorithms
- Interest in the Automotive field
Requirements
- Background and experience in control theory
- Experience in machine learning, in particular Neural Networks
- Master's degree in Control Engineering or relevant fields (Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic, Computer Science, Automotive, Aerospace)
- Fluent English and team working willingness
- Good knowledge of Matlab
- PhD in control or computer science
