  • Practical experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and communication interfaces (fiber optic or copper-based systems).
  • Knowledge of HIL, SIL, simulation-based validation, and test setup definition based on requirements and product specifications.
  • Experience with test automation and scripting using tools such as Python, LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Robot Framework, or similar; basic C/C++ knowledge is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and continuous testing practices.
  • Understanding of quality, reliability, and compliance topics, including DFMEA, EMC, signal/power integrity, product certification, and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical documentation.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with strong communication skills, English at B1 level or higher; ISTQB, LabVIEW certification (CLD), or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
