About the Position

R&D Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will support the positioning of advanced AI and research-driven solutions, working closely with R&D experts, sales, and global marketing to strengthen market presence and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation of marketing assets for R&D services and products, ensuring clear positioning and consistent messaging that supports sales outcomes.
• Own development and ongoing updates of pitch decks, one-pagers, and client-facing materials to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with R&D SMEs and Global Marketing to draft high-quality content aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Apply generative AI tools to streamline content creation, increase productivity, and enhance the quality of marketing deliverables.
• Enhance presentations and collateral in line with SoftServe branding and storytelling standards.
• Create and publish regular updates on internal channels to showcase R&D achievements and initiatives.
• Partner with HR Marketing and engineering teams to develop thought-leadership content supporting employer brand and talent development.
• Coordinate R&D-focused events, including hackathons, workshops, showcases, and webinars, managing agendas and promotional assets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation across formats.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with experience using SharePoint or similar intranet platforms.
• Experience creating marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and digital content.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adoption of new tools.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and willingness to build a deep understanding of complex domains.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
