About the Role

This is a pivotal role within the Synergi RBI team, combining software consulting expertise, customer engagement, and technical leadership. The role is instrumental throughout the customer lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through successful implementation and long-term customer success.

Working within the Delivery & Onboarding team and reporting to the Customer Success Manager for Digital & Data Solutions Plant, the Principal Consultant collaborates closely with sales teams, software developers, product managers, RBI specialists, and other stakeholders to grow the Synergi RBI business. The role plays a key part in winning new projects by helping customers understand the value of Synergi RBI, defining effective implementation approaches, and developing compelling technical and commercial proposals.

As a senior customer-facing lead, the Principal Consultant is expected to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders, guiding discussions around business requirements, software capabilities, system integration, data migration, and digital transformation objectives. The role also provides a direct link between customers and the Synergi RBI product organization, ensuring that customer needs, market trends, and industry developments contribute to the ongoing evolution of the product.

While knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) within process industries is highly beneficial, this is primarily a software consulting and implementation leadership position.
