Join Pragmatic Coders:

• You will be building applications and selecting the appropriate technologies for their creation. We value individuals who can make technical decisions, understand the business and team, and determine which elements are essential and which can be omitted. You will support the creation and development of a good backlog.
• You will closely collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, as well as clients and their teams to create useful and functional solutions. We expect you to be able to communicate clearly (and not only technically) with various groups of people.
• You will have the freedom to choose tools and solutions, allowing you to feel true ownership, autonomy, and decisiveness. You will be directly responsible for the project and its success.
• You will have many opportunities for development, as our organizational culture supports innovation and the professional growth of our team. You will learn new technologies and tools, develop skills in conducting technical interviews with candidates, participate in sales workshops with clients, etc.
• You will have the assurance of code quality (we want to save you from frustration). Therefore, we use Clean Code, code review, and Continuous Delivery & Continuous Integration practices. We always care about quality and delivering business value - the same will be expected from you.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can share observations that support colleagues, including giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements

• JavaScript/TypeScript/React at an advanced level
• Knowledge of good practices in HTML/CSS (+ CSS preprocessors)
• Skills in designing simple and scalable solutions
• Experience in creating high-quality code (of course, with tests)
• Polish and English at B2+ level

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of good practices for creating cloud-based applications
• Experience or knowledge in the FinTech sector (banking, trading, blockchain) will be a nice addition to your technical and interpersonal skills
• Since we are excited about the opportunities that the IT industry offers in AI, it would be great if this area is also interesting to you, and your knowledge and skills could complement our current know-how
