About the Position

React Native Developer (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for a React Native Developer with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our e-commerce project team, working remotely. The role involves creating and developing a mobile application using React Native, implementing new functionalities, and integrating the application with cloud services like DigitalOcean/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a new e-commerce project from the ground up.
• Create and develop a mobile application using React Native.
• Implement new functionalities.
• Integrate the application with DigitalOcean/AWS cloud services.
• Work directly with clients, translating their needs into specific technical requirements.

Requirements

Main Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with React Native,
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL,
• Ability to design and work with architectural diagrams,
• Documented experience in at least 3 commercial projects – Your CV should include information about the industries, business goals, and your role in the projects (your actual contribution, implemented features, solved problems, etc.),
• Ability to translate client needs into technical language and specific technical requirements,
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and Polish (min. C1),
• Teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to share knowledge,
• Problem-solving skills,
• Highly developed communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and clients (e.g., to explain complex technical issues),
• Flexibility of thought – ability to adapt to a dynamically changing technical environment (e.g., in the face of new data or unexpected challenges),
• Proactivity – ability to anticipate potential problems and prevent them.

Nice to Have:

• Practical knowledge of cloud solutions: DigitalOcean or AWS,
• Practical knowledge of Kotlin and/or Swift,
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting development automation,
• Experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and/or Copilot,
• Ability to create and work with various diagrams, including class diagrams, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and flow diagrams.
