React Native Front End Developer

About the Position

We're seeking a React Native Front End Developer to lead our Mobile team, ensuring high-quality product delivery and participating in all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Participate in refinement sessions and plannings as a main technical representative.
• Participate in architectural decision-making.
• Decompose and assign to team members technical tasks.
• Actively demonstrate software engineering best practices throughout product development and maintenance.
• Participate in project initial phases defining tech stack and setting up frontend and mobile development process.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of the deliverables.
• Take part in team squad definitions and hiring new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience in building web applications using React Native, React, JavaScript (ES6+), Axios, CSS.
• Understanding of Cloud hosting concepts is highly appreciated.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Self-organized. Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for it.
• English: intermediate/upper-intermediate.
• Advanced experience in defining and monitoring key metrics for deliverables quality assessment.
