About the Position
Country Service Partner for CBRE in Ukraine & Moldova
Real Estate Appraiser
Responsibilities
- Conducting a valuation assignment for all kinds of commercial real estate including office centers, shopping centers, logistic complexes, retail spaces, etc.
- Conducting a valuation analysis for real estate starting from site inspection, market field survey to value assessment and report preparation.
- Thorough inspections and investigations of all property aspects taking into account factors that may affect the value.
- Preparation of comprehensive calculations and financial models of real estate properties.
- Collect and analyze market information on competitive property, sales and listings, vacancies and offers, absorption rates, demand studies, social, economic, governmental and environmental characteristics.
- Work closely and collaborate with Valuation and Advisory team.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- English - Upper intermediate +.
- Knowledge of real estate terms and principles.
- Understanding the approaches used in real estate valuation.
- Certificate of real estate appraiser (international certificates would be a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Complete higher education with a degree in Finance/Economics/ Civil Engineering or other related Degree.
