My client, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Orlando, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects involving public and private real estate, infrastructure, and environmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to real estate acquisitions, entitlements, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with public agencies, private developers, and stakeholders on innovative and sustainable land use strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in real estate
• Proven expertise in complex real estate transactions, zoning, and regulatory matters.
• Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida
