About the Position
Realtime Analyst
Join WNS as a Realtime Analyst to handle real-time monitoring tasks, gather workforce data, and provide actionable insights for optimal staffing and coverage.
Responsibilities
- Handle real-time monitoring tasks across multiple sites simultaneously
- Gather, validate, and analyze workforce data using various tools and analytical techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee performance, productivity, and staffing requirements
- Track and monitor key workforce metrics to measure performance against established targets and SLAs
- Perform real-time analysis to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Update, maintain, and publish monthly workforce schedules to ensure optimal staffing and coverage
- Conduct root cause analysis of workforce-related issues and recommend data-driven solutions
- Provide actionable insights and reports to management to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Requirements
- College Graduate
- At least 2 years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience
