Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the company.
• Handle client reception, telephone inquiries, and correspondence management.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with different departments as needed.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles (preferably in corporate or legal environments).
• Excellent presentation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Spanish (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with computer systems.
• Proactive, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude.
