Responsibilities
- Support in the catering area (including guest hospitality, preparation of meeting rooms, maintenance and care of coffee machines, and preparation of the Hofmann menu in the canteen)
- Support at the reception desk (switchboard operation, welcoming and assisting visitors)
- Organization and coordination of events
- Booking of business trips as a substitute
Requirements
- Friendly demeanor and good manners
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Ideally, experience in reception or catering
We Offer
- A motivated team and varied responsibilities
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, it may occasionally be necessary to work flexibly to ensure the smooth execution of our tasks.
