About the Position
Receptionist and E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Al Obour City, Al-Qalyubia Governorate, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at Obour office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
E-Commerce Specialist
- Implement strategies that make online transactions possible
- Organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans
- Follow up on online orders and get feedback from E-commerce customers
- Conduct weekly reports about customer classification types to the E-commerce Manager
- Ability to work closely with different teams
- Setting up new products on the site including writing product descriptions
- Editing, uploading imagery, and completing product attribution
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Responsibility of customer payments and ensuring the delivery process is done
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing, minor in E-Commerce, etc.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Skills:
- Fluent English
- Excellent PC skills including strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products
- Good in translating from English to Arabic
- Creative problem solver with excellent follow-through skills
- Must be dependable, logical, consistent, and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude with Customer Service
