Responsibilities
- Ensuring professional service at the reception desk
- Answering all incoming phone calls at switchboard
- Receiving all visitors at the front desk and informing requested colleagues
- Preparation & Maintaining of meeting rooms
- Handling the inbox as well as outgoing mail including delivery service
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Experience in all Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of English
