Your Mission

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks)
  • Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
  • Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results
  • Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist
  • Hands-on experience with card transaction reconciliation
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
  • Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, payment infrastructure, and cash flow principles
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
  • Knowledge of English and Russian
