Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer stage
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment data and ATS records accurately
- Support onboarding and hiring administration where required
- Work with external agencies when needed while helping reduce agency reliance over time
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Proactive, driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for tech, proptech, fintech, financial services, sales, or operations roles
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Financial services or mortgage industry recruitment experience preferred
- Exposure to recruitment reporting and hiring analytics
- Experience supporting UK-based hiring
