ICONIC21 is a leading provider of live dealer and casino games, delivering premium, tailor-made gaming experiences for global markets. As we expand into Lithuania and grow our operations, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring activities, attract and engage candidates across multiple roles, and ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, feedback, and offers.
- Coordinate recruitment channels, job advertisements, events, and external recruitment partners.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment records in the HR system.
- Support pre-boarding activities for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments (casino, retail, call center, or similar industries).
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates' soft skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced English proficiency.
