About the Position
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Recruitment Team in Grand Rapids, MI, USA. Apply now for a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via a variety of communication methods and platforms we use.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off and early attrition to support long-term retention goals.
- Take full ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.
- Set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the recruitment process, including managing no-shows, rescheduling, and re-engagement.
- Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets as defined by the Recruitment Manager.
- Proactively identify pipeline bottlenecks and adapt approach independently without waiting for direction.
- Update all internal systems to ensure accuracy in recruitment data.
- Advertise available positions via all pre-defined mediums.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners and collaborative initiatives.
- Drive innovative talent attraction and selection strategies to support organizational hiring goals.
- Demonstrate accountability and commitment to completing responsibilities both during and outside of standard working hours.
- Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.
Requirements
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Fluency in any other EU language(s) would be considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of experience working within the recruitment sector
- Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining urgency, consistency, and candidate ownership across all active pipelines
