We provide solutions for all types of industries including Warehouse and Distribution, Manufacturing, and Construction (CIS).

Responsibilities

• Creating vacancy descriptions and distributing them via various Internet resources
• Active sourcing of the candidates
• Maintaining a well-organized database of prospective candidates
• Scheduling and conducting interviews
• Helping the new employees during their adaptation

Requirements

• 0.5+ year of experience in the full cycle of recruiting processes
• Knowledge of different searching tools
• English level - upper-intermediate or higher
• Advanced communication skills
• Building effective professional relationships
• Goal-oriented personality
