Responsibilities
- Full-cycle search, selection, and recruitment of personnel
- Maintenance of candidates database
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Participation in other HR Department activities
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting – from 1 year
- Knowledge of IT/Internet Marketing market is a big plus
- Experience with various searching techniques (headhunting, direct search, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English – intermediate+
