About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Bogotá, COL. At Atoms, we are building the machines that power the next era of progress by integrating Physical AI into industries such as food, mining, and transport. Responsibilities

• Design interview process, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises briefs that assess candidate competencies, against Atoms Job profiles.
• Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at Atoms.
• Utilize Atoms tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring.
• Strong alignment and communication with hiring managers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• English level: C1.

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
