You, if you have:

- Ability to work with objections and build long-term relationships
- Knowledge of non-standard tools for finding candidates
What will be a plus?
- Experience working with 4+ vacancies simultaneously
- Mastery of hunting techniques
- Own candidate base
- English from Pre-Intermediate
