Responsibilities
- Повне ведення процесу підбору персоналу: від публікації вакансії до адаптації кандидата
- Активний пошук досвідчених кандидатів на різних майданчиках, включаючи job-платформи та соцмережі
- Спілкування з кандидатами, проведення інтерв’ю, вирішення поточних організаційних питань
- Робота з великими обсягами інформації
Requirements
- Досвід роботи з tech та/або non-tech вакансіями від 2 років
- Високий рівень комунікативних навичок
- Впевнене володіння комп’ютером
- Знання англійської мови не нижче рівня B1
- Високий рівень самоорганізації та вміння ефективно розпоряджатися часом
- Креативність, бажання розвиватися та орієнтація на результат
- Уважність до деталей
