About the Position
We are seeking a Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for iGaming roles to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle (iGaming + back-office roles)
- Closing ~3 vacancies by September
- Candidate search, interviews, and support
- Close collaboration with HRD
- Participation in building recruitment processes (ATS, funnels, processes)
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience in gambling / iGaming
- Experience with various types of job roles
- Willingness to work in an environment with unestablished processes
