About the Position
EvoPlay - an ecosystem of B2B products and services that develop the online gaming industry.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Recruiter to help us find talented individuals and strengthen the business with new experts.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: from candidate search to forming the final offer (IT and non-IT vacancies);
- Establishing effective communication with candidates and maintaining contact with potential candidates;
- Evaluating resumes and conducting in-depth interviews using various interview techniques;
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to determine team needs and candidate profiles;
- Active talent search through various platforms and channels;
- Developing a professional network and building long-term relationships with candidates;
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process;
- Using modern tools for managing recruitment processes (ATS systems);
- Maintaining reports on the candidate search process.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3 years in a product company in a similar position;
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (IT and/or non-IT);
- Skills in active sourcing and using modern search sources;
- Developed networking skills and building professional contacts;
- Experience conducting interviews using various techniques;
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, and work with objections;
- Results-oriented, flexible, and able to work at a fast pace;
- English level - Intermediate or higher.
