About the Position

3DTECH is a Ukrainian company developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively expanding our team. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are urgently looking for a RECRUITER to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: from gathering job requirements to onboarding
• Posting job ads on job boards, social media, and professional communities
• Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, FB, internal databases, etc.)
• Conducting initial interviews and screenings
• Maintaining the candidate database and updating statuses
• Collaborating with team leads and HR managers
• Supporting candidates through all recruitment and hiring stages
• Contributing to the development of the company’s HR brand

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter (preferably with understanding of defense or miltech industries)
• Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and techniques
• Ideally, a personal candidate database or sourcing network
• Experience recruiting technical and manufacturing specialists
• Proven track record of fast and high-quality hires
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to present the company
• Confident user of Google Docs, Excel, and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Rabota.ua, Work.ua, etc.)
• Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken); English at Intermediate+ level is a plus
