We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to scale our teams across the Middle East and beyond. This role is pivotal in supporting our autonomous haulage deployments in mining operations.

Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Field Engineering and Field Operations roles.
• Partner with leadership and site managers to define hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with deployment timelines.
• Build deep talent pipelines across three distinct pools: mining operations leaders, field service and mechatronics technicians, and robotics/software engineers.
• Market-map sectors like mining, heavy equipment OEM, automotive electronics, and autonomous vehicles to find niche talent.
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives to improve time-to-fill and hiring quality.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and maintain high talent standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical, field, or operations roles for mining, heavy industry, construction equipment, automotive, robotics, or autonomous vehicle companies.
• Working understanding of the roles you'll hire for, including mine production cycles, DBW kits, CAN diagnostics, and embedded Linux debugging.
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational, or site-based roles, with familiarity with GCC labor markets and mobilization in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
• Proven success managing high-impact, fast-moving searches across multiple geographies and time zones.
• A strategic partner who can influence engineering and operations leaders, advise on talent markets, and drive clarity in role definition and leveling.
• Exceptional communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders, site leadership, and technical candidates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
• Mission-first mindset: comfortable operating with urgency and extreme ownership.
