About the Position
AMEDIA is a Ukrainian IT company that develops web services, mobile applications, and online services for businesses and the public sector. Our main goal is the active digitalization of public services. Our successful projects include the Diya portal, the Diya.City mobile application, and UNITED24. We are also developing innovative educational platforms such as Superludi 2.0 and LEGO. Our pride is not only in technological achievements but also in the approach and purpose of each project.
We are looking for a talented Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find the best specialists for the development of AMEDIA's ambitious projects.
Responsibilities
- Conducting full recruitment cycles.
- Briefing with managers and creating job descriptions.
- Conducting HR interviews.
- Posting job openings on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Expanding the network of contacts and forming an active candidate funnel on an ongoing basis, considering the future needs of the team.
- Optimizing search channels to increase hiring efficiency.
- Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of interaction.
Requirements
- Recruitment or talent sourcing experience of 1+ years.
- Confident use of job sites, LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram (searching for channels, posting vacancies, communicating with candidates).
- Ability to work quickly, both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruiting candidates through other social networks and professional platforms.
- Participation in the full recruitment cycle from search to job offer preparation.
- Conducting interviews and preparing job offers.

- Ability to quickly establish contact with different people.
- Focus on results and achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Stages of Selection
Step 1 - Pre-screening with the recruiter, Step 2 - Final interview, Step 3 - Job Offer.
We Offer
- Remote work format, Mon-Fri, 10:00–19:00 with a flexible lunch break.
- 24 calendar days of paid vacation per year (available after 6 months of work).
- 10 days of sick leave per year (payment - 75% of salary).
