We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and collaborate on successful commercial game products. This role offers rapid professional growth in a highly competitive sphere.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and consult with businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity.
- Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent.
- Headhunt and close senior and/or executive-level candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Expert-level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management.
- Strong background in active recruitment.
- Able to handle multitasking effectively.
- Active and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated and flexible.
- Team player.
