You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Western Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing capability, with solid experience in identifying and engaging talent across France and Germany using a variety of recruitment channels and tools
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and enhancing Talent Acquisition practices
• The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through a collaborative and consultative approach
• Fluency in English, French, and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
