About the Position
Corvi Technologies is hiring a remote Recruitment Agency Partner. 💸 Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year 📍Location: USA
Role Description
Corvi Technologies LLC is looking for agency partners to handle sourcing and submissions on a split-fee basis.
- Signed, exclusive job orders ready for sourcing from day one.
- No client calls, no business development, no cold outreach required on your end.
- We handle candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer management, and fee collection.
- You source, screen, and submit.
- We pay on every successful placement.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
Requirements
- Experience in skilled trades, HVAC, plumbing, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or IT.
- An established agency with a team of recruiters.
- Active sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or ZipRecruiter.
- Demonstrated experience placing candidates with US employers in at least one of our active verticals.
Compensation
- Split-fee model.
- Terms are competitive and discussed directly with shortlisted partners on a call.
- No upfront cost.
- No retainer.
- You earn when a placement is made.
