About the Position
We are seeking a Recruitment Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis to join our remote team in Ukraine, focusing on recruitment performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the existing Power BI reporting environment, maintaining continuity, and improving visibility across recruitment performance.
- Maintain consistency and reliability of key metrics across the recruiting funnel (CVs, interviews, offers, hires).
- Track and analyze performance across multiple levels: Individual (recruiters, researchers); Team; Client.
- Support development and refinement of forecasting models for hiring outcomes (e.g., fill rate, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion).
- Analyze weekly and historical data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance drivers.
- Support reporting related to closed hires and revenue-linked outcomes.
- Partner with recruitment leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
- Maintain and enhance recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting structure and reduce manual tracking through automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a data analysis or business intelligence role supporting operational teams.
- Hands-on experience building and updating dashboards in Power BI.
- Hands-on experience using Excel (or similar tools) for data manipulation, including filtering, aggregation, and basic analysis.
- Strong experience with funnel-based reporting: tracking conversion across multiple stages, connecting activity metrics to hiring and revenue outcomes, and identifying key performance drivers.
- Confident in building and maintaining reporting systems across multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize reporting and analysis based on business needs.
