We've partnered with companies such as Lovable, reMarkable, Aidn, Six Robotics, and Vind AI to help them grow and succeed. Today, our team of 50+ consultants across Oslo and Stockholm delivers data-driven recruitment and HR-as-a-Service solutions to clients across the Nordics. We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our Oslo team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, enjoys commercial responsibility, and wants to actively shape the future of the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and consistent high-quality delivery for some of Norway’s most ambitious companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Attract, engage, and retain relevant candidates across multiple parallel recruitment processes, ensuring continuity and effective pipeline management.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication, expectation-setting, and structured follow-up.
- Build and deepen long-term client relationships while contributing to commercial activities through events, networking, and market engagement.
- Conduct hands-on sourcing using modern tools, structured search methods, and market insight to identify high-potential candidates.
- Use and interpret assessment tools such as Fairsight or Alva Labs to enable data-driven hiring decisions.
- Apply AI-driven tools in your daily work and support clients in adopting them as part of their talent operations.
- Support and lead Talent Acquisition Interns and Consultants on client projects, enabling their development and effective project delivery.
- Shape Amby’s position in the Norwegian market by focusing on client relationships, representing the company at industry events, and contributing to thought leadership efforts.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, HR, business, economics, innovation & entrepreneurship).
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least one year within tech recruitment.
- Have strong account management skills, love to build long-term client relationships, ability to identify new opportunities, and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams.
- Have a proven track record of advising clients, running processes independently, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Are comfortable working in high-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Have confidence in using testing and assessment tools as part of recruitment and decision-making.
- Have the confidence to take up space, show initiative, and take responsibility.
- Have great communication skills (fluent in Norwegian and English).
- Have the ability to connect naturally with people and represent Amby in the market, from meeting clients to industry events and thought leadership arenas. You have clear thought leadership potential, being curious, bold, and driven to shape the future of talent in the Nordics and beyond.
