About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a member of the Atlas NextWave team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on the success of our company while assisting our Professionals, Clients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (360 desk): sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and client delivery.
- Proactively generate business through outbound activity, including cold outreach, client meetings, and market mapping.
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
- Create and execute strategic search plans across core focus areas: legal, business, finance, and infrastructure investment roles.
- Use business English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Requirements
Education & Training
- Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in a professional services environment.
- Track record of high outbound activity and strong KPI performance.
- Experience recruiting for roles in legal, financial services, or corporate environments.
- Prior experience working in business English in an international setting.
- Familiarity with the UK market and/or working with UK-based clients is a plus.
