About the Position
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern – Life Sciences to join our team at TMC in Zaventem, Belgium. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support our recruitment process and help identify top talent in the Life Sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process for Life Sciences professionals, from vacancy creation and candidate sourcing to candidate follow-up.
- Help identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, job platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs, review applications, and support the preparation and coordination of interviews.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; a good command of English is an asset.
- A strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
