About the Position
Amby is not your average recruitment consultancy!
For the past 13 years, we've been scaling some of Scandinavia's most ambitious companies while leading the shift into AI-powered recruitment. Our vision is simple, yet powerful: to partner with top-tier companies to accelerate their success by building world-class teams and placing the people function at the core of the business. By setting new standards in HR, recruitment, and talent advisory, we're defining how talent ecosystems will work in the future.
We've partnered with companies such as Lovable, reMarkable, Aidn, Six Robotics, and Vind AI to help them grow and succeed. Today, our team of 50+ consultants across Oslo and Stockholm delivers data-driven recruitment and HR-as-a-Service solutions to clients across the Nordics. We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Lead to join our Oslo team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, enjoys commercial responsibility, and wants to actively shape the future of the recruitment industry.
